AUSTRALASIA

Yes! Australasia is really a thing. I just learned that term from doing this blog. I’m not sure how New Zealanders feel about being lumped into a region that doesn’t even acknowledge them in the title. How ’bout, AUSTREALAND? Anyway, I was here without Michèle, but she recently found an old passport with an Australian Entry Stamp on it from when she was 1. Does that count even though her mother had to hold her? I don’t know about that, but I do know that I held a Koala!

Here’s where I went:

Australia
- Sydney
- Blue Mountains National Park
New Zealand
- Aukland
- Rotorua
  - Kaituna River
  - Rim of some Volcano

So where would we go if we went back? Well I would like to scuba dive the Great Barrier Reef, but I’ll have to do without Michèle because she swore she would never dive with me again after she caught me breathing from her back up respirator on our last dive.
