If anyone ever wanted to knock off an entire region in one fell swoop, then look no farther than the 7 countries of Central America. Michèle and I only knocked off two, Belize and Guatemala. That was on our honeymoon, which we have since dubbed – THE HONEYMOON FROM HELL, because of all of the things that went wrong. Seriously, I should have died at least 5 times on that trip. Michèle at least once.
Here’s where we did go:
- BELIZE
- Ambegris Key
- Belmopan
- Xunantonich
- Guatamala
- Tikal
- Flores
So would we try to complete the other 5? Maybe. Costa Rica would probably be next, in spite of the Left Eye Lopez incident. She was my favorite from TLC. Panama? Good song, but how much time can I spend looking at the Canal.
